Behind the scenes

What's going on in here

I'm a fourth-year UX Design student at Laurier's Brantford campus. I start with the people a product is for — interviews, card sorts, usability tests — then turn what I learn into simpler flows and plainer language. I'm drawn to high-stakes problems, like helping emergency care teams communicate under pressure.
